EA Academy

The Educational Assistant Academy is a systematic, interactive, and progressive training program designed specifically for educational assistants, paraprofessionals, and student support specialists. At Estacion de Inspiracion, we know that EAs have more time with students than any other adults but the least training. We know that PTs often have the most training but the least time with students. We think EAs and PTs should partner to be the perfect team to make a positive, inspired difference for students and to professionalize the role of the student support specialist.

Our training academy includes a series of blocks provided in person or on line depending on your needs, progressing from the basics of job description, roles, and HIPPA/ FERPA to diagnosis specific interventions and recommendations. We are inspired to lead from this grassroots level and make a difference for staff and students alike.
